Janice Cargo
Janice Cargo joined Change Capital Partners in July 2004. Prior to joining Change Capital, Janice was an investment banking Associate at Merrill Lynch International, where she spent five years. She was a member of the European Consumer Goods and Retail advisory team based in London, transacting M&A and financing deals in the beverages, food and UK retail sectors. Janice graduated with a joint Economics and Business B.A. degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 1999.

Roger Holmes
Roger Holmes is a Managing Director at Change Capital Partners. Prior to joining Change Capital, Roger was CEO of Marks and Spencer having joined in 2001. Prior to this, Roger was with Kingfisher where he was Chief Executive of the electrical sector and a Main Board director. In 1994, he became Finance Director of B&Q and three years later transferred to Woolworths as Managing Director. Roger had previously spent seven years as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Co, latterly as principal, specialising in retail and consumer goods. Roger is a graduate of Bristol University.

Stephan Lobmeyr
Stephan Lobmeyr is a Managing Director of Change Capital Partners. Prior to joining Change Capital, Stephan was a Director of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst where he joined in 1999 and was part of the team that built Hicks Muse’s European operations and invested their €1.5bn Europe Fund. In his function at Hicks Muse, Stephan led a number of IPO’s, financings, mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Hicks Muse, Stephan spent six years as a strategy consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, latterly as Manager in their Paris and Buenos Aires offices. Stephan received an M.B.A. from IESE, Barcelona and an undergraduate commerce degree from Wirtschaftsuniversität, Vienna.

Estelle Monod
Estelle joined Change Capital Partners in April 2008. Before joining Change Capital, Estelle was an Associate at Lion Capital, focussed on retail and consumer goods. Prior to that she spent five years at Goldman Sachs as part of their Leveraged Finance Team in London and French Corporate Advisory Team in Paris. Estelle graduated with a Major in finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 2002.

Steven Petrow
Steven Petrow is a Managing Director at Change Capital Partners. Prior to joining Change Capital, Steven was a Managing Director with Bain Capital and was instrumental in the start up of the firm's European operations. Before joining Bain Capital, Steven was Managing Director of SB Capital Partners, a joint-venture between Bain Capital and Smedvig Capital. Previously, Steven was a manager with Bain & Company in their London, Paris, Warsaw and San Francisco offices. Steven received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Southern Illinois University.

Marco Sebold
Marco joined Change Capital Partners in May 2007, with four years experience in Management Consulting at Investors Marketing AG in Frankfurt; a boutique consulting firm specializing in Retail and Consumer Banks. In his role as a Senior Consultant he worked on strategy and post acquisition integration projects for leading Retail and Private Banks. Marco finished his MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona and Columbia Business School, in New York, with an internship at Lehman Brothers, London.

Luc Vandevelde
Luc Vandevelde, a Belgian National, is Managing Director of Change Capital Partners. He is a Non Executive Director of Vodafone Group Plc, and a board member of Socitété Générale. Former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Carrefour, Luc was also Chairman of Marks & Spencer from 2000 – 2004. He worked for 24 years with Kraft General Foods where he became Chief Executive Officer of the French and Italian operations. He joined Promodes in 1995, initially as President and Chief Operating Officer and latterly became Chairman. He built Promodes into an international retailer with operations across Europe, Asia and South America and merged Promodes with Carrefour in 1999.

Andrew Wood
Andrew Wood is the Chief Financial and Compliance Officer of Change Capital Partners LLP having joined in January 2006. Prior to this, Andrew was an associate director in KPMG's Transaction Services Group where he specialised in private equity deals in the Consumer and Industrial Markets team. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton and worked in their Corporate Finance team before moving to KPMG. Andrew has a BSc from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
