Change Capital Partners targets investments that leverage our retail and consumer expertise. We focus on transactions that meet the following criteria:

• Western European
• Middle market companies, with enterprise values between €30 and €250 million
• Equity investment of at least €10 million
• Controlling positions, either stand-alone or with partners, enabling us to align management interests
