Change Capital Partners manages private equity funds focused on buy-outs of middle market consumer-related companies across Europe.

Change Capital was created in 2003 by Luc Vandevelde , former Chairman of Carrefour and Marks & Spencer and current board member of Vodafone and Société Générale. Change Capital leverages its unmatched expertise in all aspects of retail and consumer operations to assist management teams in dramatically improving their companies.

Change Capital focuses on controlling stakes, either stand-alone or with partners, enabling it to align management interests and influence behaviour. The partners take a direct and active role in supporting management to effect change throughout the acquired organization.

Change Capital Partners have combined over €480 million under management and aim to invest between €20 and €50 million of equity in each transaction.
